MyHPCL Mini is an employee portal app designed for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited staff—both active and retired employees. Access your work essentials in seconds with a streamlined interface that puts frequently used functions directly at your fingertips.

Stay informed and efficient with instant app notifications on critical updates. Medical claim status, BTS requests, and TH/HH bookings no longer require logging into a browser or navigating multiple screens. Tap a notification and land directly in the relevant section. Check claim dates, settled amounts, and payment history without switching between tools. Birthday lists, circulars, and alumni directories are all consolidated in one place, cutting down time spent searching across platforms.

Security is built into every layer. The app supports multiple authentication options tailored to your comfort level. Log in once with your username and password, then choose how you want to verify your identity going forward: fingerprint recognition (if your device has the sensor), a custom 4-digit PIN, or no authentication for quick access to the menu screen. You control the balance between security and convenience—no one-size-fits-all approach.

For active employees, the app includes employee search, medical claim tracking, booking management, and instant alerts on claim updates and BTS status. Retired employees gain access to their medical passbook, alumni search and directory, e-payment records across selected date ranges, and the ability to update contact information in the alumni directory. Both groups can download recent circulars, view birthday lists of colleagues and alumni, and submit feedback directly through the app.
